1902

Reading this timeline correctly
Entries marked CORPORATE concern companies. Tesla, Inc., SpaceX and X Corp are the parties in those matters. Elon Musk is not a defendant in any of them and no court has made a finding about his personal conduct in them. Proximity on a timeline is not evidence of connection.
Allegations are not findings. Of the corporate matters listed, one produced a jury finding of liability, later settled confidentially. One was dismissed with prejudice with no finding at all. Others remain undecided.
Chronology is not causation. Several entries sit close together because they happened close together. Where this site believes a connection is documented, it says so on the relevant page and shows the document.
What is missing from this timeline. It contains what we have documented, not everything that happened. The most significant known gaps are the reinstatement of previously suspended accounts on X, and the fuller record of statements on diversity policy outside aviation.
